1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. All tags, labels, and protective packaging (if any) must be intact and included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

    • Final sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on product pages)
    • Gift cards

2. How to Return an Item

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as shipping an incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you wish to exchange an item for another one, please follow the return procedure and once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to inspect and process your return.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
